Mailbox Bridge provides offline marketing services, specifically turning existing customer data into automated or customized postcard and direct mail campaigns. The scope, pricing, and specific delivery schedule of any campaign will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work executed between us and the client.
2. Client Responsibilities and Data Integrity
To execute campaigns effectively, you will be required to provide customer lists and data (such as names and physical mailing addresses). By providing this data, you represent and warrant that:
- You have obtained all necessary consents, rights, and permissions required by applicable privacy laws to share this customer data with us.
- The data is accurate, complete, and updated. We assume no responsibility or liability for postcards that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or outdated addresses provided by you.
3. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations
All fees for our production, printing, and mailing services are due in accordance with the payment terms set forth in your specific billing agreement. Because direct mail involves upfront hard costs (including printing and standard postal rates), all payments for campaigns that have entered production or printing phases are entirely non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design assets, and software tools available on our Site or created by us during the course of delivering the Services (excluding the specific customer data and brand assets provided by you) remain the exclusive intellectual property of ROI Online Marketing DBA Mailbox Bridge. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for your internal business operations.
5. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to our Site and Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
6. Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State/Country in which ROI Online Marketing is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
